Dear compatriots!
Our homeland is experiencing more pain and destruction under the rule of religious fascism. In these difficult circumstances, I ask all of you, especially the zealous youth of the homeland, to take care of civilians and the general public, especially children and the elderly. Protect them and help each other.
Help each other. Now is the time for solidarity. Our strength lies in the solidarity and unity of our people against the religious dictatorship and the remnants of royal fascism that have risen to steal the democratic revolution.
At this critical moment, I call on my compatriots and all the forces of the democratic revolution of Iran to be vigilant and prepared.
In the war that has broken out today over the nuclear and missile programs of the mullahs’ regime, which the Iranian resistance had exposed three decades ago, the opposing sides must exercise maximum care in preventing any harm to life and property to the Iranian people and the country’s civil facilities.
I call on the general public, especially the supporters of the resistance and the youth in the rebel centers and the Freedom Army, and all the women and youth who have risen up, to rush to the aid of the affected people.
I repeat that the final solution is to overthrow this regime and determine the fate of Iran by the people and the organized resistance and the children of Rashid Mihan in the rebel centers and the ranks of the Freedom Army.
Our path is towards the future and the establishment of a democratic republic, and not a return to the buried dictatorship of the past.
The National Council of Resistance of Iran announced an interim government based on the announced 10-article plan to transfer sovereignty to the people of Iran. The history of the announcement of an interim government dates back to October 1988.
I call on the popular personnel of the army to stand by the people of Iran. The Revolutionary Guard Corps and other forces protecting the regime must lay down their weapons and surrender to the people.
I declare to the international community that only the people of Iran have the legitimacy to determine the political future of their country. Iran is not its regime. Iran is its people, and no future for Iran can be realized from outside. It can only be built by the Iranian people. I call on everyone to support the Iranian people.
The Iranian people, as they showed in the January uprising, want a future based on a democratic republic and reject the Shah and the Sheikh.
Our homeland has gone through many upheavals in the past. It will also go through this moment and this period. But we must choose unity, solidarity, and hope on the people’s front, and pay the price for it, whatever it may be.
