The video, which reached Halash without sound, shows a number of armed individuals moving and deploying in the heights and slopes of the mountainous region. Some of them have their faces covered, and their equipment and weapons can be seen in the images. In another part of the video, one of the individuals, whose face is visible and who is from Fatemiyoun, takes selfies of himself and other forces in the heights of Rudmah region, while other armed individuals are present around him.

According to local sources, the people in the video who are patrolling are Fatemiyoun militiamen and the video was recorded on Sunday, October 25, this week. The release of these images comes at a time when Baloch Media has published numerous reports in recent weeks about the presence, movement, deployment, and patrolling of forces affiliated with Fatemiyoun and Zainabiyoun in various regions of Sistan and Baluchestan. Previously, on September 20, 1405, Hale-Vash published an exclusive video that, according to local sources, showed a number of Fatemiyoun forces conducting military training with firearms inside a newly built girls’ school in the Gasht area of Saravan city.

This school is located behind the Shiite mosque in the area. Also, in recent months and weeks, numerous reports have been sent to Baloch Media by local sources about the presence and movement of Fatemiyoun and Zainabiyoun members in various regions of the province.

Some of these reports were related to rural areas and Baloch citizens’ residences. Earlier, reports were published about the presence of Fatemiyoun militiamen in the Samsur area of the Korin district of Zahedan city on Saturday and causing disturbance to local residents. Local sources have reported in some cases that a Baloch woman was followed while traveling with her husband and also asked about a temporary marriage.

Other reports have also been sent to Hal Wash about inappropriate behavior with children and the seizure or killing of people’s livestock in this area.

These cases were published based on statements from local sources and Hal Wash is not able to independently verify all of them. Based on information received from local sources, the presence of Fatemiyoun and Zainabiyoun militiamen has been reported in areas of Zahedan, Mirjaveh, Korin, Gasht, Saravan, Rask, Zabol, Sib and Soran, Iranshahr, Chabahar, Konarak and Zarabad. Reports of their presence have also been received from areas including Ladiz, behind the Gozo and Junabad dams in Mirjaveh city, Padag, parts of Korin and Rudmah around Zahedan, and areas around Iranshahr, Chabahar, Konarak, and Zarabad.

In some previous reports, local sources have also reported the transfer of a number of local Basij bases to the Fatemiyoun and Zainabiyoun. According to these reports, in some areas, bases that were previously in the hands of local forces have been transferred to these forces. Baloch is still investigating and documenting these reports received.

The Fatemiyoun and Zainabiyoun are militia groups supported by the Islamic Republic of Iran, most of whose members were recruited from among the Shiites of Afghanistan and Pakistan, and have a history of participating in the Syrian conflicts. Baloch Media has received numerous reports in recent weeks about the presence and activities of these militants in Sistan and Baluchestan and continues the process of documenting and investigating these reports.
