Discovery of 175 kg of opium in Iranshahr

According to the analytical news site “Asrhamoon”, quoting the police news agency, Hossein Mehdinejad stated in detail about this news: Iranshahr police were informed by intelligence that drug traffickers intend to transport the drug shipment from Bampour to Delgan. After observing passing vehicles, they saw a suspicious Peugeot Pars car and ordered it to stop.

He added: Police officers issued a stop order to the said car, but the car continued on its way regardless of the police stop and intended to flee the scene. After a chase, they stopped the car.

The deputy police commander of Iranshahr continued: During the inspection of the Peugeot car, 175 kg of opium drugs were discovered and the death dealers fled the scene by abandoning the car due to the bad geographical location, and arresting the suspects is on the officers’ agenda.
