Tomp attack confirmed, two killed – ISPR
ISPR has confirmed the attack on a post of Pakistani forces at Tomp Kalaho in Ketch district yesterday.
According to ISPR, two personnel were killed in the attack. The personnel killed were identified as Cop Naseebullah and Cop InshaAllah.
The Baloch armed group Balochistan Liberation Front has claimed responsibility for the attack.
A spokesman for the BLF said five soldiers at the checkpoint were killed in the attack, and three other soldiers fled the nearby river in panic. After that, the officers entered the check post, seized all the weapons and set the check post on fire.
