UK Parliament Debate on Balochistan’s Human Rights Crisis

John McDonnell MP, Jeremy Corbyn MP, Richard Burgon MP, and BNM Chairman Naseem Baloch were among the notable participants. Naseem Baloch shared his personal experiences of enforced disappearance and torture, emphasizing the need for Balochistan’s independence.

BNM Foreign Secretary Faheem Baloch discussed the impact of enforced disappearances on families, while Naseer Dashti highlighted the illegal annexation of Balochistan and China’s involvement through the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).

Sami Deen Baloch and Sabiha Baloch from the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) shared personal stories of loss and called for international solidarity and a fact-finding mission to investigate human rights violations.

Saleem Elahi Baloch shared the story of his brother’s disappearance, appealing for international help to end such practices. Jeremy Corbyn MP stressed the importance of global awareness and solidarity with oppressed communities.
